Dr. Balthazar began her nursing career in 2008 in Nashville, TN. Since that time, she has gone on to earn an MSN from Vanderbilt University as well as a Post-Master’s Certificate, DNP, and PhD from Case Western Reserve University. Dr. Balthazar is passionate about meeting the health needs of the vulnerable and underserved. Having practiced in both the inpatient and outpatient environments, she has successfully and effectively provided high-quality care to vulnerable, chronically ill and complex patients of all ages in both rural and urban settings.
